ATX Brands announced today the official plans for Gino’s East’s expansion across Texas with ﬁve locations expected to open within the coming year. ATX Brands Founder and CEO Doug Guller will bring the Chicago pizzeria’s signature dishes to all Texas locations, along with menu items created with a Texas spin. With a focus on the legendary Chicago-style, deep dish pizza, Gino’s East will also offer signature menu items as well as Texas-inspired dishes such as the BBQ Brisket Za with BBQ beef brisket, caramelized onions, and red and yellow peppers. “Gino’s East is an icon in the Chicago pizza scene and we’re excited to bring the classic deep dish style to Texas,” says Guller. “As soon as I tasted Gino’s East, I knew it was a concept that would work great here. I am so excited that this is a dream that turned into a reality.”
Additionally, Texas locations will carry a premier selection of local craft beers, wines, and cocktails. Gino’s East is expected to open in the coming year across Texas in The Woodlands, Willowbrook, San Antonio, Dallas/FortWorth, and Austin. All of the restaurants will incorporate signature design elements including the iconic graffiti walls that will be integrated into all of the Texas locations. The first location of Gino’s East will open in The Woodlands on December 11, 2014. A second location in the Houston-area will follow in Willowbrook on January 15, 2015.
