NATIONALLY SHIPPED PIZZA
Q: How are these pizzas shipped? Won’t they go bad when they’re in transit?
A: Our pizzas are packed with dry ice, inside of a temperature-regulating cooler box! The pizzas will stay frozen and cold for up to five days while in transit! If you’re worried about the pizzas defrosting, we offer a variety of shipping options, from standard, to overnight!
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We offer several shipping methods! Through Goldbelly, we offer standard shipping, which arrives in 3-5 business days. We also offer two expedited shipping options if you are looking to get your pizza fast! From Amazon, we offer standard shipping and one expedited option as well, with pizzas usually being shipped within 6-8 business days.
Q: Are the pizzas I’m buying on Amazon and Goldbelly the same pizza?
A: Yes! We are offering the same pizza on both platforms, to make it convenient for you!
Q: Are these pizzas made in the restaurant?
A: No! If we made these in the restaurant, we would need a way bigger restaurant! These pizzas are handmade in Wisconsin and St. Louis using California tomatoes and high-quality, Wisconsin cheese.
Q: Can I use a Gino’s East gift card to pay for a Goldbelly or Amazon order?
A: Unfortunately, at this time you cannot. Our Gino’s East gift cards are only valid at our restaurant locations.

Q: Where can I buy these pizzas?
A: You can use our handy grocery store locator to find the closest store to you!
Q: There are no stores that carry your product by me. What do I do?
A: Fear not! Use our contact form to drop us a line so that we can look into getting our product to a grocery store near you! In the meantime, you can always order our delicious pizza to be shipped right to your doorstep!
Q: Are these pizzas made in the restaurant?

Q: My grocery store used to carry your product, but now they don’t. What do I do?
A: Sometimes, grocery stores will buy our pizzas as a seasonal or special buy, meaning they will only be available for a limited time. Use our contact form to drop us a line so that we can look into getting our product to that grocery store permanently! In the meantime, you can always order our delicious pizza shipped right to your doorstep with Amazon or Goldbelly.
